Our Recruitment Process is as follows:

Application & Resume

Please ensure you complete the online application form, ensuring you include a copy of your resume outlining your education, previous work history, dates of employment and main achievements. This is the initial stage of our recruitment process where our recruitment team will screen all applicants for their suitability for the role.

Telephone Interview

If you are shortlisted from your application and resume you will be contacted for a Telephone Interview, unfortunately not all applicants will make it to this stage of the recruitment process. Please note some role advertisements will show a cut-off date for application. You may be contacted prior to this date but in most instances please do not expect to hear from us until after the cut off date. During this time, we will be screening all applicants for their suitability for the role.

During the Telephone interview you will be asked for additional information to support your application. Part of the reason for this call is for us to get to know you a little better by verifying your personal information and further discussing your motivations for applying. In this discussion we may also clarify your salary expectations and availability.

Interview Process

If you are successful during the Telephone Interview you will be invited to a face-to-face interview. Depending on the role this may be a staged interview process where you could meet with a number of individuals through a phased process. If you are successful following the face-to-face interview, we will proceed to conduct the required reference checks. If you are unsuccessful, you will be advised via email, where you will be given the opportunity to get feedback regarding your application.

Reference Checks

We would only make contact with your referees after we have obtained permission from you and made you aware that we are in this stage of the recruitment process. Make sure you talk to your referees and ask their permission for us to contact them.
