Thank you for your interest in working with the Cowboys Leagues Club to support communities across North and Far North Queensland.
The Cowboys Leagues Club exists to provide benefits to rugby league while also embracing a broader community responsibility, reflected in our support of community groups, charities and schools throughout the North Queensland region since our club was first established in 1995.
Request Process
To help us conduct community support activities across the Cowboys Group – which includes the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, Cowboys Leagues Club and Cowboys Community Foundation – all community requests and donation applications are now submitted through the Cowboys for Community requests program.
Managed by the Cowboys Community Foundation, Cowboys for Community provides a single point of entry for organisations, schools, charities and community groups seeking support, helping us ensure requests are assessed consistently and that community contributions are directed where they can create the greatest impact.

FAQs
Can I request a raffle prize for a fundraising event?
Yes. Eligible organisations may apply for raffle prizes, vouchers, merchandise, memorabilia or other fundraising support through the Cowboys for Community portal. Requests should be submitted at least four weeks before the event date.
Can I request Cowboys Leagues Club vouchers as a donation item?
Eligible organisations may apply for dining, entertainment or vouchers related to Cowboys Leagues Club. Availability varies throughout the year and requests are assessed individually.
Can Cowboys Leagues Club support community fundraising activities?
Yes. Cowboys Leagues Club has a long history of supporting community fundraising initiatives across North Queensland. Support may be provided through Cowboys for Community for raffle prizes, vouchers, event support or other approved contributions.
Does Cowboys Leagues Club support local sporting clubs?
Applications from local sporting clubs are welcome and will be assessed alongside all other Cowboys for Community requests. Preference may be given to initiatives that demonstrate a positive impact on participants and the broader community.
Can I request support for a school or community group visit to Cowboys Leagues Club?
Yes. Requests for group visits, tours or educational experiences can be submitted through Cowboys for Community and will be assessed based on availability and operational requirements.
Can I request support from both Cowboys Leagues Club and the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys?
You only need to submit one application. Cowboys for Community manages requests on behalf of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, Cowboys Leagues Club and Cowboys Community Foundation, allowing support opportunities across the Group to be considered through a single process.
Can Cowboys Leagues Club members nominate a community organisation for support?
Yes. Members and patrons are welcome to encourage eligible organisations to submit an application through Cowboys for Community for consideration.
How does Cowboys Leagues Club contribute to the community?
Cowboys Leagues Club supports communities across our region through fundraising activities, community partnerships, in-kind support, volunteer involvement and contributions delivered in partnership with the Cowboys Community Foundation and North Queensland Toyota Cowboys.
